6.PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item. Any member of the public wishing to comment publicly on any matter, including on items on the agenda, may submit their comments by email to cityclerk@tamarac.org. All comments submitted by email, that if read orally, are three minutes or less shall be read into the record. All comments submitted by email shall be made part of the public record. Public comments may also be submitted online, during the meeting, through Facebook Live. Members of the public may also register online at https://www.tamarac.org/signup. Individuals who register will be contacted by telephone at the appropriate time during the meeting to offer their public comments.

When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.

b.TR13522 - Stormwater Slip Lining Project
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving an Agreement with Shenandoah General Construction Company for the repair and slip lining of stormwater pipe and outfall located in Canal Zone 6, utilizing Broward College Contract No. RFP-2018-167-EH; authorizing an expenditure of funds for an amount not more than $120,950.00, a contingency of $12,095.00 will be added to the project for a total project budget of $133,045.00; authorizing an appropriation in the amount not to exceed $133,045.00 to be included in a future Budget Amendment pursuant to F.S. 166.241(2); providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

c.TR13525 - Lift Station Mobile Generator Replacement

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving the purchase of two (2) mobile generators from Generac Mobile Products utilizing the United States General Services Administration Contract No. GS-07f-0211M; authorizing the appropriate City officials to purchase said generators utilizing GSA Contract #GS-07f-0211M in an amount not to exceed $86,658.86; authorizing an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $86,658.86 from the appropriate account; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

a.TR13506 - Purchase of New Replacement Tamarac Fire Rescue Vehicles
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing approval to purchase new replacement Fire Rescue Vehicles consisting of two (2) 2021 Braun Model Super Chief Freightliner M2 Crew Cab Rescue Vehicles, and one (1) 2021 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck recommended for award to Ten-8 Equipment Inc. and Duval Ford; utilizing competitive procurement methods and current agreements available for cooperative purchase including but not limited to the agreement awarded by the Florida Fire Chiefs Association and Florida Sheriff's Association; authorizing an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $696,917.65 for all vehicles, which includes a five (5) percent contingency amount of the total cost of the two (2) rescue vehicles; providing for severability, and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 16, Pensions and Retirement, Article VI, Firefighter Pension Plan, Division 4, Section 16-506, Internal Revenue Code Compliance, to provide for compliance with the Secure Act; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
d.TO2443 - Non-Rep Pension Plan amendment to Chapter 16 - Compliance with the Secure Act
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida; amending Chapter 16, Pensions and Retirement, Article IX, Elected and Appointed Officers and Non-Represented Employees Retirement Plan; amending Section 16.908, Compliance with the Internal Revenue Code; excess Benefit Arrangement; providing for a savings clause; providing for severability; providing for codification and providing for an effective date.
e.TO2444 - Amending Ordinance 2019-17, FY 2020 Operating and Capital Budget

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, Amending Ordinance 2019-17, which adopted the City of Tamarac Operating Budget, Revenues And Expenditures, the Capital Budget, and the Financial Policies for the Fiscal Year 2020, by increasing the Total Revenues and Expenditures by a total of $661,145 as detailed in Attachment A, attached hereto and summarized in Attachment B; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
