AND SO IF ANYONE IN THE PUBLIC HAVE COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS, WE CAN ENTERTAIN THEM AS WE GO THROUGH THESE LINE ITEMS OR THESE AGENDA ITEMS. SO THE FIRST PART OF THE COMMISSION MEETING, WE HAVE SOME PROCLAMATIONS CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

PROCLAMATION, NATIONAL SERVICE DOGS MONTH PROCLAMATION, AND WE HAVE A MONTHLY UPDATE FROM BROWARD SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

AND THEN INVESTMENT REPORT AND THEN PUBLIC PARTICIPATION COMMISSION REPORTS.

AND THEN WE HAVE CONSENT AGENDA, WHICH WE HAVE THE MINUTES FROM THE BUDGET WORKSHOP THAT WE HELD.

OH, THIS IS DATING BACK TO JUNE 30TH. OKAY. SO THAT'S THAT.

AND THEN ITEM 5.B IS THE RENEWAL OF THE LEASE FOR ONE OF THE CELL TOWERS AT THE CITY SPORTS COMPLEX.

THIS EXTENDS THE LEASE FOR ANOTHER 25 YEARS. JIM, WHAT'S THE CHANGE FROM THE OLD LEASE TO THE NEW LEASE? THAT IS CORRECT. SO THE CITY COMMISSION SIGNED AND APPROVED A 25 YEAR LEASE WITH BELLSOUTH MOBILITY ORIGINALLY BACK IN 1994, FOR PLACEMENT OF CELL TOWER AT THE SPORTS COMPLEX.

SINCE 94, THERE WERE TWO AMENDMENTS RELATING TO GENERATOR PLACEMENT AND ASSIGNING THE LEASE TO CROWN CASTLE LATER ON.

THAT LEASE EXPIRED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2019, AND SINCE THEN CROWN CASTLE HAS CONTINUED ON AN ANNUAL RENEWAL BASIS, JUST MAKING ALL REQUIRED PAYMENTS UNDER PER THE TERMS OF THE LEASE. THEIR CURRENT RATE AS OF LAST YEAR WAS $31,385 AND CHANGE PER YEAR.

AND THEN LAST YEAR, CROWN CASTLE ASKED TO RENEGOTIATE.

THE PROPOSED NEW LEASE WILL AGAIN BE FOR UP TO 25 YEARS, COMMENCING ON SEPTEMBER 16TH OF 2024.

LAST YEAR, SETTING THE INITIAL LEASE AMOUNT AT $52,440 PER YEAR.

THAT'S 4370 PER MONTH. THAT REPRESENTS A 167% INCREASE IN LEASE PAYMENT, WITH ANNUAL INCREASES THEREAFTER OF 3% PER YEAR.

AND JUST TO NOTE THAT TYPICALLY LEASE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN TRENDING DOWN TO THE COMPETITION FOR MICROCELL TOWERS.

BUT CLEARLY THIS IS AN EXAMPLE WHERE TAMARAC PAYMENTS ARE STILL HIGHER THAN THE TYPICAL OF OTHER CITIES IN SOUTH FLORIDA.

UNDERSTOOD. OKAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH. AND ITEM 5.C IS THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DIGITECH FOR THE CITY'S EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE, EMS, BILLING SERVICES.

TAMARAC FIRE, OBVIOUSLY WE'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS.

CHIEF, YOU CAN COME UP. HE'LL GO OVER IT. IT'S A THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH TWO, ONE YEAR AGREEMENTS TO FORWARD IT TO A TOTAL OF FIVE.

BUT HE CAN GIVE YOU THE OVERALL PRESENTATION NOW.

SO WE'RE GOING TO GO OVER SOME OF THE REVENUES, SOME OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED, THE PEMT AND MCO, WHICH IS ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE FOR US, WHICH IS ADDITIONAL REVENUES.

WE GET SOME FROM THE GOVERNMENT, SOME FROM THE, IT'S ONE OF THE, THAT EVENT THAT WE HAD TALKED ABOUT WHERE YOU PUT MONEY UP FRONT.

INITIALLY, WE THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A RUSE, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE PRETTY PROFITABLE FOR US.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND THEN PASS THROUGH TRANSPORT FEES, SOME OF THE STUFF THAT WE ARE IN ARREARS FOR.

SO WE'RE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND DISCUSS SOME OF THOSE STUFF. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, I'LL BE GLAD TO TAKE THEM AT ANY TIME OR AT THE END. SO THIS IS JUST AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE GOTTEN FROM THEM AS FAR AS REVENUE FOR THE YEARS 22, 23, AND 24.

THE FEE THAT THEY CHARGE THE 4% PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 A MONTH, THE 4%, THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE FOR MEDICAID.

SO THEY CHARGE THAT $1,000 A MONTH AS A PROCESSING FEE.

NOW, YOU LOOK AT THE ANTICIPATED PROJECTED RETURNS FOR 2025 IS $3,000,012.10.

SOME OF THE STUFF THAT, THEY WENT TO A SOFTWARE CALLED AMBULANCE COMMANDER, THEY DID THAT IN FEBRUARY OF 2024.

THAT HAS MADE THEIR REVENUE COLLECTION AND TRACKING MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE.

HOWEVER, WE STILL HAVE SOME. WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THE PAYERS ON SOME OF IT, SO.

AND ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS OUR PAID THE FEES THAT WE PAID THEM.

THIS IS THE OTHER AGENCIES WITHIN THE COUNTY THAT DIGITECH ALSO PROVIDES COLLECTION SERVICES FOR.

AND I USE THE WORD COLLECTIONS. I GOT TO GET AWAY FROM THAT AFTER TALKING TO MAXINE.

THAT'S WHAT THE FEES THAT THEY CHARGE THEM. I'LL HAVE TO NOTE THAT TAMARAC IS WE'VE NEGOTIATED ONE OF THE LOWEST FEES IN THE COUNTY.

WE'VE DONE THAT FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS, AND WE CONTINUE TO KIND OF LEAD THE MARKET IN IT.

THE CONSORTIUM THROUGH THE BROWARD FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION, WE HAD TALKED ABOUT GOING TO A CONSOLIDATED FEE BECAUSE IF THEY PROVIDED IT FOR EVERY AGENCY IN THE COUNTY, WE THOUGHT WE CAN GET A LITTLE BIT OF A SMALLER FEE, BUT IF WE BLEND IT, THEY'RE GOING TO END UP BLENDING THE FEES THAT THEY CHARGE. AND IT'S STILL NOT GOING TO TOUCH AS LOW AS WE'RE PAYING. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT ON THE REVENUES. THIS IS THE TOTAL FEES THAT WE'VE GOTTEN AND INCLUDING PEMT AND MCO AND THAT'S THE REVENUE GENERATED FROM EACH ONE.

THIS IS JUST A, AND I'M IT'S HARD FOR ME TO SEE IT RIGHT HERE A COUPLE.

THIS IS A SCREENSHOT FROM THE AMBULANCE COMMANDER FROM FEBRUARY OF 24 TO THE END OF DECEMBER OF 24, JUST THOSE PERIOD OF MONTHS WITHOUT THE FULL YEAR.

JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT BASICALLY THEY'RE PAYING.

AND WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE TERM COLLECTIONS UP THERE AND I MADE SURE TO DELVE INTO THIS.

THAT TERM IS NOT AN ACTUAL, THERE'S NOTHING IN COLLECTIONS FOR THEM.

THAT JUST MEANS THERE ARE 120 DAYS PAST DUE ON PAIN.

SO IT'S MORE OF, THE TERMINOLOGY SHOULD BE IN ARREARS.

AND GETTING INTO OUTSTANDING COLLECTIONS THAT WE'VE TALKED ABOUT.

AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH MAXINE, WE PUT THIS ON THE AGENDA.

SINCE 2011 WE HAVE A LITTLE OVER $13 MILLION THAT WE HAVE UNPAID BILLS.

NOW, A LOT OF THOSE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DECEASED.

A LOT OF THEM ARE, YOU KNOW, AND SOME OF THEM MAY BE OUT OF TOWN.

SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN DECEASED SINCE THE TRANSPORT OR THEY'RE IN A LIVING FACILITY.

NOW, ACCORDING TO FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 95, WE CAN ONLY GO BACK UP TO FIVE YEARS TO ANY SORT OF COLLECTIONS, IF THAT'S SOMETHING THAT YOU GUYS CHOOSE TO DO.

[INAUDIBLE] I'M SORRY? [INAUDIBLE]. WHO'S ASKING IT? I THOUGHT I HAD, THOUGHT I HAD A QUESTION THERE.

AND IF WE WERE TO GO BACK, SINCE THE FIVE YEARS OF THE POTENTIAL COLLECTIONS WE HAVE SINCE 2019, WE HAVE 5,684,000. SO I LOOKED INTO POSSIBLE SCENARIOS.

IF WE WERE TO GO TO A THIRD PARTY COLLECTOR, AND OBVIOUSLY DIGITECH CANNOT DO IT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, BECAUSE THEY CHARGE US FOR A PROCESSING FEE AND THEY WOULD END UP CHARGING MORE FOR COLLECTION.

SO IT WOULD OBVIOUSLY BE A CONFLICT FOR THEM. SO THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF MOST OF WHAT THE EDITORS OUT THERE, AND I WENT AND GOT A LIST OF THEM ANYWAY, IN THE EVENT ANYBODY WANT TO DO THAT.

BUT TWO OF THEM, WE WOULD END UP PAYING SOMEBODY. WE JUST SELL THE DEBT OUTWARD FROM ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 14% OF THE FACE VALUE OF THE BET.

THEY WOULD PURCHASE IT, IT WOULD BE UP TO THEM.

THE SECOND ONE, WHICH WE WOULD CONTRACT WITH THEM AND WE WOULD, THEY WOULD CHARGE US 20 TO 50% TO RECOVER THAT DEBT.

SO ONCE AGAIN, THAT'S A QUESTION FOR, YOU KNOW, THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF.

ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THAT I CAN ANSWER? WELL, SOME CLARIFICATIONS. SO THE SERVICE THAT WE'RE CONSIDERING OR WE'RE RECOMMENDING FOR COMMISSION REVIEW AND APPROVAL OR CONSIDERATION IS FOR BUILDING SERVICES AND THE TERM COLLECTIONS IS PART OF THE BILLING PROCESS.

COMPETITIVE. RIGHT. I WANT THE CHIEF TO MENTION THAT YOU KNOW, THIS CONTRACT IS PIGGYBACK ON ANOTHER. SAN, FERNANDINO VALLEY HAS ONE. IT HAD A CONTRACT, AND THAT'S WHAT IT WAS, PIGGYBACKED ON.

FERNANDINO BEACH. YEAH. MOST OF THE AGENCIES ALREADY WITHIN THE COUNTY HAVE UTILIZED THEM.

AND LIKE I SAID, THE CONSORTIUM THROUGH THE BROWARD FIRE CHIEFS, THE INTENT IS TO GRAVITATE TOWARDS A SOLE PROVIDER FOR THE IBMC IN THE COUNTY.

BUT AT THAT POINT, I BELIEVE THEY WOULD COME IN WITH A BLENDED RATE BECAUSE SOME ARE PAYING HIGHER, SOME VERY, VERY FEW OF US ARE PAYING THE AMOUNT THAT WE'RE PAYING.

SO IF THAT WAS TO HAPPEN AT THAT POINT, IT MIGHT BE A HIGHER RATE.

SO WE WANTED TO LOCK IT UP AT A LOWER RATE THAN WE CURRENTLY HAVE BEFORE THAT WAS TO TRANSPIRE.

WE'VE EXPENDED THAT 107,000 AMOUNT BACK IN MAY 31ST.

THAT'S THE AMOUNT WE USUALLY HAVE BUDGETED FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, BUT DUE TO THIS INCREASE, WE'RE ASKING FOR AN EXTRA $40,000 TO PAY THE BACK AMOUNT THAT WE OWE AND FOR THE NEXT MONTH UNTIL SEPTEMBER 31ST.

SO IN TERMS OF THIS ITEM, OBVIOUSLY WE'RE GOING TO SATISFY OUR OUTSTANDING BILLING FROM BROWARD SHERIFF'S OFFICE. BUT WITH THE NEW CHIEF'S ARRIVAL AND YOU KNOW, AS PART OF THIS, THIS CONVERSATION WE WILL REVIEW OUR USE OF, OF DETAILED SERVICES THAT PRACTICE THAT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR MANY YEARS IN THE CITY.

AND WE WILL REVIEW THAT PRACTICE AND SEE IF WE NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES TO THAT.

BUT FOR THE TIME BEING, WE'RE GOING TO SATISFY OUR OUTSTANDING DEBT TO BROWARD SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

AND NEXT ITEM IS THE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE FOR THE COUNTY WEST GLADES COURSE AS AUTHORIZED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. SO OUR DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES. PUBLIC. OH, MELISSA. OKAY. YEAH.

SO THIS IS TO APPROVE AN EXECUTION OF TAX AUTHORIZATION FOR KIMLEY-HORN ASSOCIATES.

THEY WOULD BE THE FIRM TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING, DESIGN, PERMITTING, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE GLADES COURSE OF COLONY WEST GOLF COURSE. SO THAT'S A CONTRACT COURSE OF $483,000.

THE DESIGN PORTION IS COSTING $331,500. AND THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, INCLUDING ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION, WILL BE $151,500 WITH A 5% CONTINGENCY OF $24,150.

AND THIS IS DUE TO COMMUNITY FEEDBACK THROUGH SURVEYS AND MEETINGS TO RENOVATE THE GLADES COURSE.

THE LAST COMMISSION MEETING, WE APPROVED THE CHAMPS COURSE FOR RENOVATION OF IRRIGATION, AND THIS WILL BE A MORE EXTENSIVE ON THE GLADES COURSE.

CAME FULL CIRCLE BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2024 WHEN WE MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE CODE, SPECIFICALLY EXTENDING THE RESTRICTION FOR ON STREET PARKING, WHICH WAS FROM 12 MIDNIGHT TO 6 A.M. INITIALLY WAS 2 A.M.

TO 6 A.M. WE EXTENDED IT FROM 12 MIDNIGHT TO 6 A.M.

AT THE JUNE PLANNING RETREAT MEETING, STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT MEETING, THE CITY COMMISSION HAD SOME DISCUSSION RELATIVE TO HOW WE HAD BEEN IMPLEMENTING THIS CHANGE AND DIRECTED US TO COME FORWARD WITH SOME NEW CHANGES TO THE ORDINANCE, WHICH I'LL DISCUSS LATER ON.

SO AT THE SEPTEMBER 25TH, 2024 MEETING, WE ADOPTED SOME CHANGES, WHICH IS WHAT WE ATTEMPTED TO IMPLEMENT, WHICH IS WHAT YOU CAN SEE HERE ON THE SCREEN.

SPECIFICALLY, EXTENDING THE PARKING FROM 2 A.M.

TO 6 A.M. TO 12 A.M. TO 6 A.M. WE INCLUDED AS WELL SOME NO PARKING AND DEDICATED BICYCLE LANES, BLOCKING DRIVEWAYS, AND SO ON. WE DID NOT MAKE TOO MANY CHANGES TO THE PARKING VIOLATION AND THE TICKETING PROCEDURE THAT IS CURRENTLY IN THE CODE, AND WHAT THE STAFF IS IMPLEMENTING. AND THE SEPTEMBER MEETING, WE ADDED A PUBLIC EDUCATION PERIOD, WHICH STAFF SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN IMPLEMENTING, SPECIFICALLY THE ADDED HOURS FROM MIDNIGHT TO 2 A.M..

WE, THAT PUBLIC EDUCATION PERIOD ENDED MARCH 2025.

AT THE MEETING IN JUNE, THE CITY COMMISSION TALKED ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BEING INVOLVED, WANTING TO MAKE SURE THAT WE LOOKED AT AN ORDINANCE OR LEGISLATION THAT INCLUDED COMMUNITY INPUT AND INCLUDED THE COMMUNITY BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR WHETHER OR NOT ON STREET PARKING IS IMPLEMENTED IN THEIR COMMUNITY.

AND SO THESE ARE THE CHANGES THAT WE WERE DIRECTED TO MAKE BASED ON THE JUNE MEETING.

FOR SECTION 14-26 WE STRUCK THE 12 A.M. TO 6 A.M.

AND NOW ON STREET PARKING IS PERMITTED IN COMMUNITIES AND IT IS SUBJECT TO THE NEW ON STREET PARKING POLICY.

AND THEN THERE ARE CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS THAT WE'VE INCLUDED IN THE ORDINANCE. SPECIFICALLY, ONE EXCEPTION, A NEIGHBORHOOD AS DEFINED BY THE ON STREET PARKING POLICY ON THE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, WHICH ALREADY HAS PARKING RESTRICTIONS, AND THE POLICY HAS THOSE NEIGHBORHOODS INCLUDED.

AND WE'LL GO OVER THOSE IN JUST A MOMENT. A NEIGHBORHOOD AS DEFINED BY THE ON STREET PARKING POLICY, WHICH PRESENTS A CITY WITH A PETITION OF 55% OF ITS RESIDENTS VOTING FAVORABLY TO HAVE NO ON STREET PARKING IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD.

AND FINALLY ANY ONE OF 1 OR 2 A NEIGHBORHOOD IN SUBSECTIONS I AND II ABOVE MAY VOTE TO REINSTATE ON STREET PARKING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY A PETITION OF 55% OF ITS RESIDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, WHAT IS UNDERLINED IN YELLOW, WE ADDED JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMMUNITY IS AWARE THAT WE DO NOT WANT ANY PARKING THAT WOULD IMPEDE THE FREE FLOW OF TRAFFIC OR INTERFERE WITH THE PASSAGE OF EMERGENCY VEHICLES.

AND THIS LANGUAGE IS CONSISTENT WITH WHAT WE HAVE SEEN IN OTHER COMMUNITIES WHERE ON STREET PARKING IS PERMISSIBLE.

WE HAVE MADE NO CHANGES TO THE VIOLATION AND THE TICKETING PROCEDURE.

AND IN YELLOW IN THE PUBLIC EDUCATION SECTION.

WE JUST MADE THE CHANGE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PUBLIC IS AWARE THAT WE WILL BE COMMUNICATING.

THE CITY'S ON STREET PARKING POLICY. WE LEFT THE SIX MONTH EDUCATION PERIOD AND MADE REFERENCE TO THE CITY'S ON STREET PARKING POLICY, WHICH I'LL GO OVER SHORTLY. SO THIS IS ON STREET PARKING POLICY THAT IS MEANT TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGES IN THE ORDINANCE.

AND SPECIFICALLY WANT TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE DEFINITION OF NEIGHBORHOOD THAT IS DEFINED JUST TO MAKE SURE WE KNOW WHAT A NEIGHBORHOOD IS.

THE CHANGE THAT WE MADE TWO YEARS AGO ALLOWED BILLBOARDS ONLY ON CITY'S RIGHT OF WAY, AND WOULD ESSENTIALLY ALLOW IT IN ONLY TWO PLACES IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC.

AND SO THIS APPLICANT IS SEEKING APPROVAL FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR THIS TO BE OFF OF THE SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY.

SPECIFICALLY, THE APPLICANT IS 3N OUTDOOR MEDIA LLC, MICHAEL GRAY.

AND THIS WOULD BE RIGHT WHERE YOU SEE THE STAR OFF OF THE SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY.

SO FOR YEAR ONE THE PAYMENT TO THE CITY WOULD BE $30,000, OR 25% OF THE NET COLLECTED REVENUE.

IN YEAR THREE, IT WOULD GO UP TO 33,000, OR 25%.

IN YEAR EIGHT, IT WOULD BE 36,000 OR 25% OF THE NET COLLECTED REVENUE.

THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ALSO HAS SOME UNAUTHORIZED CONTENT THAT CANNOT BE DISPLAYED ON THE BILLBOARD, SUCH AS LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS, PATENTLY OFFENSIVE ADVERTISING ANY VAPING PRODUCTS, MEDICAL, RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA, ALCOHOL, BEVERAGE, ADULT ENTERTAINMENT, ADULT RETAIL, BETTING OR GAMING OR GAMBLING OR HATE SPEECH CANNOT BE DISPLAYED ON THE BILLBOARD. ABOARD. AND OF COURSE, THE CITY THROUGH THE CITY MANAGER, HAS 24 HOURS IN WHICH TO ALERT THE LICENSEE IF ANY OF THIS UNAUTHORIZED CONTENT IS ON THE BILLBOARD AND HAVE THEM REMOVE THAT CONTENT.

WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE SOME USE FOR THE CITY AT NO COST TO THE CITY, SO THE CITY WOULD HAVE THE USE OF THE BILLBOARD FOR PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. WE ALSO GET TO USE THE BILLBOARD FOR TIMES FOR A TEN DAY, 24 HOUR SLOT.

WE GET FOR TEN DAY, 24 HOUR SLOT, WE GET ONE SLOT FOR CIVIC EVENTS.

ALSO, A LOCAL TAMARAC BUSINESSES CAN ACCESS THE BILLBOARD AT A LOW COST OR DISCOUNTED RATE, AND WE GET A SLOT FOR EMERGENCY INFORMATION AND A SLOT FOR AMBER ALERT.

WE'RE HERE TO GIVE YOU A QUICK UPDATE ABOUT THE EASTSIDE COMMUNITY PARK, CIP PROJECT THAT WE'RE WORKING ON.

JUST A QUICK RECAP OF THE PROJECT. THIS IS THE SITE PLAN, THAT SCHEMATIC SITE PLAN THAT WE HAD WORKED ON BACK IN 2024 WHEN WE WERE GOING AFTER THE GRANT. SO THE AMENITIES SHOWN HERE ARE THE MINIMUM OR THE AMENITIES ARE REQUIRED BY THE GRANT THAT WE HAVE TO PROVIDE IN THE PARK. AND JUST TO QUICKLY GO THROUGH THE LIST WE'RE PROVIDING A TEN FOOT WALKING TRAILS THROUGHOUT THE PARK.

SOME VEGETATION. VEGETATION AREAS THROUGHOUT THEIR THROUGHOUT THE PARK SIDEWALK CONNECTIVITY TO COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, AS WELL AS BENCHES AND WATER FOUNTAINS THROUGHOUT THE PARK ALONG THE PATHWAY.

ALONG WITH THAT, WE'RE DOING A COMMUNITY CENTER. THAT WILL BE A 10,000 SQUARE FOOT COMMUNITY CENTER.

PLAYGROUND, TENNIS COURT, BASKETBALL COURT AND PAVILIONS AND FISHING PIER ALONG WITH AN OBSERVATION DECK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER. AS I SAID, THOSE ARE THE MINIMUM AMENITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED IN THIS PARK TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THE GRANT.

WITHIN THE BUILDING ITSELF, AS I MENTIONED, IT'S 10,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING. THE GRANT REQUIRES CERTAIN THINGS THAT GOES WITHIN THE BUILDING.

WE ARE WORKING WITH PARKS AND REC TO DEVELOP THE SCOPE.

SO THEY WILL OBVIOUSLY BE A RECEPTION AREA, SOME AEROBIC ROOM IN THERE AND PARK AND REC OFFICE IN THERE, SOME BSO SATELLITE OFFICE, RESTROOMS, FLEX ROOMS THAT WE CAN, THAT CAN BE USED BY THE BY THE RESIDENTS AND PEOPLE CAN RENT IT OUT STAFF BREAK ROOM. AND OBVIOUSLY THERE WILL BE SOME IT TECHNOLOGY ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE PARK.

SOME OF THE RECENT PROGRESS THAT WE HAVE DONE SO FAR, AS YOU'RE AWARE, THE DEMO HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE PROPERTY IN APRIL 2025.

SO IT'S FULLY DEMOLISHED AND HYDRO SEEDED IN THERE ON IN JULY.

WE HAVE RESURVEYED THE PROPERTY AND OBTAINED NEW GEOTECHNICAL REPORTS THAT WERE INCLUDED IN THE RFP.

AND THAT'S A TYPO THERE. IT'S AN RFP IN IN DEVELOPMENT.

IT'S IN PROGRESS RIGHT NOW. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE TYPO IN THERE.

SO JUST TO GIVE YOU A QUICK UPDATE WHERE WE STAND RIGHT NOW.

SO RIGHT NOW WE ARE AT THE ZERO POINT THERE. WE'RE WAITING FOR THE FTC GRANT.

THIS WAS HAS OR THIS HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THEM ON SATURDAY NIGHT BY MISS TANYA WILLIAMS. SO WE'RE WAITING FOR THEIR APPROVAL. UPON THE APPROVAL, ONCE WE RECEIVE THE GRANT APPROVAL, WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH.

AND THEN FROM THERE, WE'LL FINALIZE THE SCOPE AND PUBLISH THE RFP WITH THE HELP OF THE PROCUREMENT DIVISION.

THEY ANTICIPATE TIMEFRAME. IT WILL BE BETWEEN.

LET'S ASSUME IF WE GET THE APPROVAL TODAY, IT WILL TAKE US ABOUT 120 DAYS OR SO TO FULLY GO THROUGH THE RFP PROCESS, SOLICIT A CONTRACTOR, AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND THEY START THE DESIGN SERVICE OF THAT WITH THAT THAT WILL CONCLUDE MY PRESENTATION. THANK YOU. GREAT. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
