THE COMMISSION ON ETHICS ALSO FINDS THERE IS NO PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT BELIEVE THAT THE RESPONDENT VIOLATED ARTICLE TWO, SECTION EIGHT, FLORIDA CONSTITUTION BY USING HIS POSITION TO OBTAIN A DISPROPORTIONATE BENEFIT FOR HIMSELF, AS ALLEGED IN THE COMPLAINT, AND THEY DISMISSED THE CASE THAT THIS COMMISSIONER SPECIFICALLY THE GENTLEMAN FROM DISTRICT ONE MADE ON MAY 11TH.

SO THE CITY APPROVED A LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT AND A REZONING, AND IT WAS DECIDED AT THAT TIME THAT THIS PARTICULAR AREA WOULD BE AMENDED FROM THE GOLF COURSE, FROM THE RECREATION USES TO COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
AND SO THIS SPECIFIC POD, THIS COMMERCIAL POD WAS DESIGNATED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 28,000FT² OF COMMERCIAL USE AND UP TO 40FT IN HEIGHT.
IN 2018, THE CITY WENT THROUGH THEIR LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE CHANGES AND UPDATED THEIR ZONING MAP.
SO THIS IS THE LAND USE PLAN THAT'S ON YOUR SCREEN.
AGAIN, YOU CAN SEE THE PROPERTIES HIGHLIGHTED IN RED CONSISTENT WITH THE COMMERCIAL DESIGNATION.
