SO THAT WOULD RESULT IN AN OVERALL INCREASE IN OUR FUND BALANCE OF 4 MILLION GOVERNMENTAL FUNDS HAD A NET NET INCREASE OF TWENTY TWO POINT ONE MILLION THIS HAD A RESULT OF SOME OF OUR ADJUSTMENTS THAT WE HAD AT THE END OF THE YEAR WE TRANSFERRED FUNDS BACK TO THE FIRE FUND OF THREE POINT TWO MILLION DOLLARS WHICH WE'LL USE IN ORDER TO STABILIZE OUR FIRE ASSESSMENT OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS. WE ALSO AT THE SAME TIME ISSUED DEBT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WALLS AS WELL AS FIRE STATION 36 AND WATER'S EDGE PART AND ON THE ENTERPRISE FUNDS WE HAD A NET INCREASE OF NET POSITION OF FIFTEEN POINT TWO MILLION. SO WE HAVE FAVORABLE CASH POSITION OUR STRONG FINANCIAL PROFILE. WE HAD A RATINGS UPGRADE IN 2018 FROM S&P FROM A DOUBLE A MINUS TO DOUBLE A. WE HAVE A STABLE NET DEBT PER CAPITA. IN TERMS OF PROCESS IN SELECTING THE FIRMS FOR SPECIFIC TASKS WHEN THE CITY HAS A NEED FOR A SPECIFIC ACTUAL PROJECT WE WILL PROVIDE A DETAILED PROJECT SCOPE TO THE QUALIFIED FIRMS IN THE RELEVANT CATEGORY AND REQUEST PROPOSALS FROM THOSE FIRMS WILL THEN ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE MOST QUALIFIED FIRM WHOSE PROPOSAL IS IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITY. RECREATION SERVICES AND CITY STAFF HAS DETERMINED THAT DPW RESTORATION SERVICES HAS PROVIDED A RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE PROPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR WITH OUR DESIGN. SO A LITTLE BIT ABOUT D.W. RECREATION SERVICES THEY'RE BASED OUT OF PALM BEACH COUNTY. THEY ARE A CERTIFIED A WOMEN'S BUSINESS ENTERPRISE.
