Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida approving the 2021 amendment to Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and City of Tamarac providing for division and distribution of the proceeds from the Broward County Additional Three-Cent Local Option Gas Tax on Motor Fuel Ordinance; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute the 2021 Amendment to Interlocal Agreement; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida approving the 2021 Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and City of Tamarac providing for division and distribution of the proceeds from the Broward County additional fifth cent additional local option gas tax on motor fuel for transit; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute the 2021 Amendment to Interlocal Agreement; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding RFP 21-12R Sports Complex and Tephford Park Play Surface Replacement Project to DW Recreation Services, Inc. and approving the execution of an agreement between the City of Tamarac and DW Recreation Services, Inc. at a cost not exceed $215,990.00 and a contingency allowance of $21,595.00 for a total project budget of $237,585.00; approving funding from the appropriate Capital Improvement Accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, Amending Ordinance 2020-011, which adopted the City of Tamarac Operating Budget, Revenues And Expenditures, the Capital Budget, and the Financial Policies for the Fiscal Year 2021, by increasing the Total Revenues and Expenditures by a total of $3,951,868 as detailed in Attachment A, attached hereto and summarized in Attachment B; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 10 of the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances, entitled “Land Development Code” by amending Article 3, entitled “Use Regulations” amending Section 10-3.5, entitled “Temporary Uses and Structures”, by specifically amending subsection 10-3.5(E)(4)(a) entitled “Special Events of the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances”, to provide for exemptions from special event permit fees for City Commission members and organizations identified on the City Commission approved charitable entities list; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for codification; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Section 2-5 "Disaster Relief Funding Agreements" of the City Code authorizing the City Manager to execute disaster/emergency relief funding agreements and documentation necessary to secure Federal and State emergency funding for costs incurred by the City of Tamarac as a result of any catastrophic emergency; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
