3.CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
a.Discussion on Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 LDR

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 10 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, entitled “Land Development Code” by designating the City Commission as the final decision maker on land use matters, including special exceptions, major site plans, and variances; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item.
