a.TR13490 - Tract 27 Booster Station (Construction)

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid Number 21-01B and approving an agreement with C&I Construction and Design, Inc. for the construction of the Tract 27 Booster Station Upgrade Project in the amount of $1,920,510.00, a contingency of $192,051.00 (10%) will be added to the account for a project total of $2,112,561.00; authorizing an additional appropriation in the amount not to exceed $162,561.00 to be included in a future budget amendment pursuant to F.S. 166.241(2); authorizing the appropriate City Officials to administer the contract; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending the Community Development Department Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, adopting a fee for “Comprehensive Sign Plan” applications to provide for review of comprehensive sign plans submitted by commercial and mixed-used developments; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

c.TR13585 - Supporting State Senate and House Bills Designating Juneteenth Day as a Legal Holiday

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, expressing strong support for the Senate Bill 490 and House Bill 185, which would designate Juneteenth Day as a legal holiday; direction to the City Clerk; and providing for an effective date.

d.TR13586 - Resolution Opposing Legislation Related to Combating Public Disorder

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, expressing opposition to proposed House Bill 1 and Senate Bill 484 entitled “An Act Related to Combating Public Disorder,” which imposes a chilling effect on the exercising of First Amendment rights by the public; providing for directions to the City Clerk; and providing for an effective date.

b.TO2467 - Amendment to the NRE Pension Board
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida; amending Chapter 16, Pensions and Retirement, Article IX, Elected and Appointed Officers and Non-Represented Employees Retirement Plan; amending Section 16.902, Administration of the Retirement Plan; providing for a savings clause; providing for severability; providing for codification and providing for an effective date.
c.TO2468 - Amending Section 16-571 - Police Pension Trustee Terms

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 16, Pension and Retirement, Article VIII, Pension Plan (Police Officers), Division 2, Section 16-571, Members; providing for four (4) year trustee term limits; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

d.TO2469 - Amending Section 2-36 - Campaign Finance Reporting

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 2, entitled “Administration”, Article II, Section 2-36 entitled “Campaign Finance Reports” by adding a provision extending the filing deadline due to the inoperability of the electronic filing system; providing for codification, conflicts; and severability; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 10 of the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances, entitled “Land Development Code” by amending Article 3, entitled “Use Regulations”, amending Section 10-3.5, entitled “Temporary Uses and Structures”, by specifically amending subsection 10-3.5(G)(3) entitled “Food Truck” of the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances to provide definitions, terms and regulations for food trucks operating within the City of Tamarac; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for codification; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 22, Article VIII of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Tamarac, entitled "Water Conservation Regulations", specifically amending Section 22-303 entitled "Year-Round Permanent Landscape Irrigation Measures" to extend the schedule in which no water use restrictions are in effect to 7:00 am to ensure the safety of our residents and children that use the sidewalks during school hours; providing for severability; providing for codification; providing an effective date
