A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida to approve Broward Healthcare Coalition Project Donation Agreement of one (1) Clorox 360 Electrostatic Machine and three (3) Victory Handheld Electrostatic machines at a value of $5,579.80 nunc pro tunc effective December 23, 2020; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute the agreement; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.  
c.TR13562 - Approve and Accept Broward County Reimbursement for completed Boulevards Drainage Project
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, accepting a reimbursement in the amount of $500,000.00 from Broward County for the completed drainage system improvements located along NW 54th Street and NW 28th Avenue and crossing Prospect Road; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute an Agreement and necessary documents between the City of Tamarac and Broward County for said reimbursement; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

d.TR13563 - Authorization for Specification Writing Services for Emergency Assistance Repairs Program (Round 5)

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving a third amendment to the agreement with TSC Associates, Inc. to provide Home Inspector, Specification Writer and Construction Liaison Services and increase the maximum amount to $300,000 and renewal through August 31, 2021; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute amendment number three (3) attached hereto as Exhibit “1” and incorporated herein; providing for renewals; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 21-04B to and approving an Agreement with  Stanford & Sons Trucking Corp dba Stanford Construction Co.,  to construct the Commercial Boulevard Force Main Replacement Project for the contract amount of $384,264.44; providing for a contingency in the amount of $57,639.67 to the project account for a total project budget of $441,904.11; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 15 of the Tamarac Code, entitled “Parks and Recreation”, Article II, “Administration”, Division 2, Parks and Recreation Board”, Section 15-43, to have appointed members of the board serve terms concurrent with their appointing Commissioner and the Chairman shall be selected by the majority of the members of the board to serve a term of two years; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
